If yes, our Territory Account Manager role is for you! The Sales department transforms yesterday’s narrow selling concept of buyer-seller relationships with our clients (retailers) into a multifunctional, collaborative approach designed to achieve our mutual objectives. You will work with P&G experts from Sales, Finance, Logistics, IT, and many others to develop the right business strategies and business plans to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for our products in the marketplace. You will be leading a significant part of our business and will be able to immediately see the results of your work. You will be: Leading negotiations with your clients on assortment expansion and optimization; product layout on shelves; alignment and implementation of measures aimed at increasing sales to end consumers; Carrying out activities for the development, coordination, and implementation of long-term joint work plans with your client(s); Conducting regular reviews and analysis of the results followed by a holistic action plan; Achieving sales goals with a specific client/product category; Providing practical recommendations to category managers and multifunctional teams within outlined areas of responsibility.
