Job Summary: The CEO will provide strategic leadership for the POS Lending Business, driving growth and operational excellence. This role requires a visionary leader who can innovate and influence the direction of the business while ensuring compliance with local regulations. The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategic plans, managing relationships with stakeholders, and promoting a customer-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the business strategy to achieve growth and profitability.
Identify market trends and opportunities for expansion, particularly in the POS lending sector.
Set long-term goals and establish policies that promote the company culture and vision.
Product Management:
Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept through design, implementation, and market launch. Develop and maintains a clear product roadmap that outlines priorities and timelines for product development and enhancements.
Determine product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to ensure competitiveness and market relativeness.
Analyze product performance, manages and controls products’ UE and customer’s LTV.
Financial Management:
Oversee financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
P&L management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Operational Excellence:
Enhance operational processes to improve service delivery and customer experience. Control sales funnel and operations effectiveness.
Product, CJM and process IT implementation.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business operations.
Risk Management:
Develop and enforce policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and media engagements.
Increase and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
Foster a high-performance culture by leading, mentoring, and developing the executive team.
Implement effective recruitment and training programs to build a skilled workforce.
