Responsibilities: Defines, develops and runs holistic marketing strategy for respective category in order to achieve maximum business potential and objectives Leads a full scope of product portfolio management Prepares & implements short-, mid- and long-term yearly category’s marketing plan Conducts market research and scoping of new market potentials. Identifies long-term marketing opportunities, matches market unmet needs with innovation activities Develops and implements new products launches Leads all the strategic segments development as well as innovation pipeline in collaboration with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchasing Creates and steers all media and other communicational assets of respective brands Responsible for category P&L and marketing budget planning and steering Develops and manages the responsible team Requirements: Higher education (as advantage - economics with business management / marketing / communication) Relevant work experience in international FMCG company in marketing on the position of Senior Brand Manager/Group Brand Manager/Category Head, preferably including experience in: New product development for local market Development and creation of 360 communication materials for local market Experience in people management Conditions: Compensation scheme is base fix and yearly bonus Insurance package (medical and life) Extended paid vacation period Opportunities for development within the company Friendly, professional team
