We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist / Pre-sales Engineer who has deep knowledge of the data collection terminal (DCT) market in Russia and the CIS, as well as extensive experience in this field. (Мы принимаем резюме только на английском языке!!!)★★★ Responsibilities: Providing technical support to clients in Russia and the CIS (by phone, email, via web portal) Project support at the pre-sale stage Technical documentation management (creation and updating of instructions, FAQ, release of documentation on OS and software) Business trips to resolve technical issues and support projects Technical assistance in working with the company's products, integration of third-party software and MDM systems Reporting on technical issues and interaction with the research department Requirements: Education : higher, preferably in the field of science and technology, computer engineering, IT or related disciplines Work experience : from 5 years, including experience in a managerial position Language skills : proficiency in English at the level required for work. Professional knowledge : knowledge of the TSD industry, software and network technologies Preferred skills: Network and WIFI expert in IEEE802.11- Cisco Expert or Similar License is preferredAndroid Studio based programming skills- Java, Phyton is preferredMDM(Mobile Device Management) Solution Expert- SOTI, Vmware Airwatch or similar like MDM solution expert.
