Talent Acquisition Manager Middle East, Africa, Russia&CIS/ Менеджер по подбору персонала Reporting line: reports to TA Lead MEAR Location: Russia, Moscow Summary: The Manager, Talent Acquisition is pivotal in building AbbVie's future workforce by executing innovative recruitment strategies that ensure the acquisition of high-caliber talent. Serving across multiple departments/functions within Pharma and Aesthetics (where applicable), this role drives AbbVie's mission to improve health outcomes across Russia, the CIS, and other countries in the Middle East and Africa. The successful candidate will deliver on the TA strategy and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requirement definition to offer negotiation, securing human talent for pioneering research and development in healthcare. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Partnership Building: The role requires building trust and fostering robust partnerships with a spectrum of internal stakeholders, including business leaders, Business HR (BHR), Communications, Total Rewards, and Talent Deployment & Management. Equally, developing meaningful relationships with external stakeholders such as candidates, recruitment agencies, and industry peers is central to our operations, thereby positioning AbbVie as an employer of choice. Expert Recruitment Cycle Management: Entrusted with full-cycle end-to-end recruitment across all functions and affiliates, you will meticulously handle processes from initial intake meetings to offer management etc. Proficiency in direct sourcing within affiliates for critical roles is essential, coupled with management and collaboration with recruitment agencies as necessary. You will ensure adherence to local employment legislation and manpower regulations pertinent to hiring and work permits. Advisory Capacity and Strategic Insights: This role functions as a trusted advisor to internal clients by delivering business intelligence and crafting recruitment strategies tailored to align with AbbVie's strategic hiring objectives. Through consultation with Hiring Managers, you'll glean insights into skill requirements and manage expectations to ensure seamless recruitment operations, utilizing tools like the WWW Leadership Attributes Interview Guide and Success Profile Interview Guide. Continuous Improvement and Proactive Challenges: In close collaboration with HR and business leaders, you'll anticipate future recruitment needs and address potential market challenges, employing diverse recruitment channels—including job boards, social media, and professional networks—to remain ahead of the curve. Staying abreast of labor market trends and best practices will be crucial, as will continuous improvement efforts to streamline hiring workflows and uphold AbbVie's high standards. Brand Advocacy and Talent Pipeline Development: Championing the AbbVie brand through appropriate platforms ensures sustained market interest. You'll lead initiatives such as career fairs and campus events (where applicable), bolstering both local and regional engagement.
