As part of this growth, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Remote IT Support Team. What you will do: Lead and guide the IT support team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management; Oversee the resolution of support tickets, including incident resolution and service requests; Escalate complex cases as needed and ensure proper documentation is maintained; Provide a high level of technical support to international clients within SLA and ensure timely ticket resolution; Troubleshoot and provide desktop support for Windows OS, Mac OS, MS Office programs (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint), and O365 Admin Portal; Work with Active Directory, mail service support, and troubleshooting (Exchange Online, Google Mail, C-Panel, Bluehost). Why you may be the one: You have over 3 years of experience as a System Administrator; You have experience leading a team of at least 4-5 specialists, ensuring efficient workflow and performance; You have mandatory knowledge of ITIL principles and hold an ITIL certification; You bring strong expertise in troubleshooting and desktop support for both Windows and Mac OS environments; You have leadership skills and experience managing a team as a Team Lead; You are confident in making decisions and maintaining high customer service standards; You speak English at an upper intermediate level or higher and are ready to use it daily; You thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitasking is second nature to you; You understand conflict management principles, have problem-solving abilities, and think critically; You possess strong leadership, mentorship skills, professional communication, ethics, and a customer-centric approach; Certification in Windows 11 Support, MacOS Support, MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900 is a plus.
