Responsibilities: Support the Strategy Manager on cross-category transformation initiatives and strategic processes Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets Coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and gather requirements Manage results of strategy sessions and workshops to create action plans and build strategic priorities Help develop tools and reports to evaluate performance and effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders Assist in the development of business cases and financial models to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of proposed strategies Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing clear and concise insights and recommendations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business administration / finance with strong analytical skills Min 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, marketing management, consulting or a related role Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset Confident working with a range of senior level stakeholders Fluent English
