Regular Monitoring: Monitor data management procedures and business activities related to personal data on a regular basis Culture Enhancement: Enhance employees' awareness of privacy essentials through training programs, internal communications, privacy campaigns, and adjustments to the local personal data portal, fostering a culture of compliance and ethical practices. Consulting & Support Engagement with State Authorities and Industry Associations Ensuring the Achievement of company's Strategic Priorities in Legal and Compliance Requirments: Higher Education Degree: A degree from an accredited school in the field of law or information security is required. Additional Certification: Certificates in privacy, information security or compliance (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, CDPSE) are considered a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data protection officer or other equivalent senior role in the field of personal data compliance, preferably within the legal firm or the pharmaceutical, medical devices, telecommunications, IT, information security or FMCG industry. Experience in information security and general compliance issues is considered a plus. Experience in direct interaction with related government authorities (Roskomnadzor, Ministry for Digital Development, FSTEC, etc.) regarding requests, dawn raids, inspections is a plus English - Advanced (oral and written) is a must
